Day March 23, 2024  This is my blog for the school's science fare.      This is one of the fun experiences I had in Asian College of Technology, it includes a globe where it takes us to a trip to the galaxy / outer space. It also had projects of how energy is being made, producing electricity with basic things we see. These don't seem much, but they contain many information's, and I will tell you some of them and fun facts.      They showed us the stars and what's beyond our human eyes, there are a total of 100 billion stars out there!! crazy right. I was also informed that some stars we see actually form zodiac signs, and that there aren't only 12 zodiac signs but 13 since there is a hidden one.      But not only that, but some stars are also shaped like animals, sea creatures and humans. Mag simula tayo sa ano ba ang pang-aabuso? Ang pang-abuso  ay aksyon na makasakit sa ibang tao Kadalsan ang mangyayari na pag-abuso ay, abuso sa mga bata, abuso sa mga magulang, at domestic na abuso. At meron din mga ibang forms sa abuso, halimbawa, pisikal, berbal, emosyonal, at sekswal na abuso. Ang abuso ay maka apekto sa pakiramdam, iniisip, at mga gawa sa mga tao. Ang pag-abuso ay maka bigay ng mga sugat, putok, at nabasag na mga buto. At ang iba pang mga sugat ay nangangailangan ng medikal na pangangalaga. Hindi lang sa pisikal na maka epekto ito, pero sa kalusugang pangkaisipan din. Meron ako na kilala ng mga tao na na abuso, gusto ko mag gising ang mga tao para ma bawasan ito. Kase ibang tao hindi nila gusto mag sabi na na abuso sila. Kasi akala sa ibang mga tao na nararapat nila ma abuso o nananakot sila sa anong mangyayari kapag meron silang sasabihin. Ang iba protektahan nila ang nag abuso sakanila kasi pamilya nila, partner, o tao na kilala nila. Dapat kamalayan tayo lahat.

Family day is one of my favourite events in school because it's a time when I get to spend quality time with my family and friends. On the day of the event, I arrived early at school since our dance palabas were going to be presented the same day as our family day. I was so excited to see what other teams had prepared for their performances. While waiting for my mother to return from buying groceries and picking up my father and brother, I saw my classmates (grade 9) and we all laughed at the fact that we looked like we were in prison because of our shirt colour choice. As I walked around the school, I saw other students and their families getting ready for the day's activities. I was amazed by the golden lions' mask and helped a little with the shirts for the green dragons. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the red falcons since they were still practising their dance. As someone who has participated in intramurals, I can attest to the valuable experience it provides in communication, leadership, and time-management. During my time in intramurals, I found that effective communication was crucial, especially during games when every move and decision can determine the outcome. My team initially struggled with communication, but we were able to improve as we practiced and played more games. Sharing thoughts and ideas during our dance routines also brought us closer together and strengthened our teamwork. What I enjoyed most about intramurals was the sense of camaraderie and fun that permeated every aspect of the experience. While winning was important, it was also important to just have fun and enjoy the experience. Our team, the blue team, had the most fun during practices when we were just joking, dancing, and singing.   Ever since I was a child my family always used to tell me to go home before dark and I always wondered why they never let me near our Mango Tree. My cousins always answered me there were what is known to be Kapres (which is also called as The Tree Giants). In Philippine folktales, these Kapres are described as grimy, gorilla-like giant humanoid and is known as a tree demon. They are known to be very tall (between 7 to 9 feet), brown, hairy male with a beard (but their least known feature is the fact that they reek of goats). From where I live, my family has always owned the biggest and only Mango Tree in the village and tied to one of its branches was my favorite duyan, It's where I always play all day. One night, as one of my friends and I lost track of time playing by the Mango Tree. I went back to my house to go for a bathroom break and it took awhile but when I came back, my friend was in hysterics, claiming to have seen a giant ape-like figure sitting in one of the branches
